Today I want to share with you a few really awesome itinerary templates for travel.
Use these to help plan your trip and keep your organized while you are on your trip or vacation, whichever it may be.
I’ve collected these from around the internet and they are all free to download and use. All you’ll need to do is click the link for each one to get access to them.

1. Template.net 10+ Itinerary templates for travel
Template.net has a list of 10 various types of itineraries. They vary widely so it’s best to check them out to see if a specific type suits you. They have itineraries for flights, vacations, and even a business trip diary.
2. Peanuts or Pretzels Itinerary Cheat Sheet
The good people at Peanuts or Pretzels have created their own travel itinerary cheat sheet as they call it, and they give plenty of tips on how to use it effectively. You can view them and get a sense of what it should look like because they have a sample for you to use. And of course, you can download it and use it for your own travels!
3. Template Lab Travel Itineraries
Template Lab has a gigantic list of various types of travel itineraries you can browse through. In fact, they have 30+ to choose from. You should be able to find what you are looking for here. They have just about everything you could want, including flight itinerary templates, general vacation itinerary templates, and all sorts of other types of trip itinerary templates.
They also include a nice little section where they explain how to write a good travel itinerary, which may be important for you if you are new to it and need a little guidance.
4. Google Docs Travel Itineraries
Google Docs is a fantastic place to find documents and templates for just about anything. Their templates are user generated and submitted for everyone to use. People submit their own travel itineraries for others to use and it’s definitely worth a browse through if you haven’t found what you’re looking for so far.
They can be quickly downloaded to your computer where you can edit it to your needs.
5. Basic 5 Day Trip Planner
This is a very basic trip planning template office.com templates. It’s as basic as you can get. If you want something pretty to use and like it kept really simple, then you may find this one useful.
6. Excel Template Travel Itinerary
If you’re looking for an excel travel itinerary then this one is pretty good. I like that it’s very colorful which helps separate the sections. It’s free to download and use.
7. 7 Sample Travel Itinerary Templates
Sample Templates has a gorgeous selection of free templates here. There’s only 7, which is a fairly good number already, but they vary widely. So definitely check them out. My favorite one is their travel itinerary template that keeps track of your flights, hotels, car rentals, and returning flights. You simply write down the date of each and specific information like confirmation number and departure time to keep things tidy and on track.
8. Travel Paint repeat itinerary template for travel
This template is separated by dates. It’s more for flights because you fill in your destination and arrival, however you could also use it if you were traveling by train or other means of transportation. But basically, it’s meant to keep you on track when you are going from place to place frequently.
Think of it as a neat way to organize each day for your arrival at each destination you will head to.
9. Pro Travel Blog List of Itinerary Templates
This website has compiled an excellent list of 9 places to get awesome travel itineraries. It’s basically the same thing I am doing here, only it’s their version. I’ve gone through the list and it’s really really good. Some of the items on their list is also on this list, because you know, this list is pretty awesome too.
